We provide consulting services across a broad range of sectors reliant on information systems, including banking, insurance, healthcare, automotive, finance, and telecommunications. Our expertise covers end-to-end performance optimization, enterprise testing, major incident troubleshooting and resolution, full-stack architecture advisory, continuous integration, deployment acceleration, and infrastructure managed services.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents;
  • Ensure the performance of daily health checks of the applications, scripts, and infrastructure by support team;
  • Handle late night and weekend emergency support on as required;
  • Process issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification;
  • Improving and documenting the technical processes around application support;
  • Installing, configuring, and administering application servers.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's in Computer Science or similar;
  • 0-3 years of experience working in application support roles;
  • Knowledge in the following technologies: Java, Angular and databases (i.e. Cassandra and Oracle)
  • Availability to travel to other locations when required;
  • Availability to work in shifts;
  • Good level of English (at least C1).


Nice to have:

  • Knowledge or Experience in containerization (Kubernetes), Cloud (Azure, AWS, others) and automation (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
