Job Description :

Joining the central CyberSecurity Governance Team to integrate the project team responsible for the deployment of a new GRC Tool within IT Services Team. The PM Officer will support management and Project Managers in consolidating and reporting key project information.

Main Tasks:

• Project management document organization
• Analyze gaps and produce a summary of the project portfolio for related steering committees (ability to implement, deviations, budget, risks, alerts, dependencies, etc.)
• Lead the project reporting by follow up with project managers
• Assist project managers in keeping their projects documented, updated and that the appropriate communication is shared

Technical skills:

• Previous Experience as PMO/PM
• Knowledge on Cybersecurity is valued namely standards ISO/IEC 27000-series and NIST framework
• General knowledge of IT/IT Background
• Business/IT Relationship
• Proficient in MsOffice tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• English - fluent
