Finance Process & System Project Manager (english CV only)


The GFSP team (Group Finance System & Process ) main mission is to define Group EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) functional Roadmap ensuring its alignment with Group Strategy & Group IT; manage the functional administration of Group EPM financial systems; and finally guarantee the safety and reliability of Group financial data, managing required evolutions to support financial consolidation, budget & forecast processes, providing secured access to applications and reports.

In this context, the Functional Expert – Project Manager is mainly in charge of providing support to Group Finance and Regions, proposing process improvements, following evolutions and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently.


What will you do?

1.Evolution of our Reporting Process Management:


  • Manage the planning and follow-up committees
  • Manage the Change Request with the Business and GFSP Teams,
  • Define the strategy of test
  • Monitor/Ensure the pre-tests
  • Help the Business to cover the tests and validation
  • Communication on evolutions


2.Project Management

  • Prepare the project (Define the project governance & Define the key tools to manage properly the project with dedicated planning including the milestones and relevant reporting presentation)
  • Monitor the project (Manage the different committees with the project stakeholders; Communicate about the potential milestones delay and risks; Monitor the execution of the planning and update it in real time; Manage the global communication of the project; Define and review the deliverables)
  • Secure the go live & post go live phases (Ensure all Stakeholders’ approvals have been received; Organize training; Monitor change management)


🤙 What you'll need to succeed?:

  • Degree in IT or Finance with 3 to 5 years’ experience in FP&A or Consolidation domain
  • A first experience of HFM and Essbase is required. TAGETIK or Power BI would be a plus
  • A first experience of Project Management would be a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft suite (XL, Word, PowerPoint…),
  • Solid background in HFM & Essbase. TAGETIK would be a plus
  • Solid background in BI solutions. Power BI would be a plus
  • Project management skills
  • Service and Solutions oriented
  • Ability to make decisions and to be autonomous
  • Strong team spirit, diplomacy, and proactive attitude
  • Good level of communication
  • English business fluent
