We are a forward-thinking team dedicated to enhancing our digital presence and improving customer engagement. We are looking for an experienced Agility Master to join our dynamic team and help us implement agile frameworks, manage projects, and facilitate workshops.


Responsibilities

• Implement agile frameworks and act as an agile coach
• Manage project activities including strategy, budget, timeline, scope, and resources
• Facilitate workshops and elaborate development plans
• Manage backlogs and collaborate with product managers on product family organization strategies
• Organize team-building activities and actively participate in the company's agile community
• Directly manage a team and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Agility Master or similar role
• Strong background in project management and agile methodologies
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
• Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Certifications in SCRUM Master and Design Thinking Facilitator are a plus
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Additional certifications in Scrum and design thinking or Customer Experience are advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agile coaching
• Experience in facilitating workshops and managing cross-functional teams.
