Job Description

As part of this dynamic and forward-thinking environment, Fellowmind's Group Finance Department is looking for a Group Reporting Specialist. This key role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial consolidation, providing actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making within a fast-paced and inspiring workplace:

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Managing and optimizing the consolidation system and reporting process;
• ESG reporting implementation in Tagetik and follow up periodic reporting;
• Ability to oversee financial consolidation and the entire reporting process, providing insights that aid strategic decision-making;
• Establishing and maintaining internal control measures to ensure the quality of reported data;
• Support in set up of dashboarding and business insights;
• Implementing controls within and outside the consolidation system to maintain the integrity and quality of financial data.

Job Requirements

• Masters in Accounting & Finance (Pre);
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a related field in a multi-national company;
• Proven experience in financial consolidation processes and working with consolidation systems like Tagetik;
• Experience in Dashboarding Power BI (Pre);
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Outstanding communication skills for effective coordination with financial controllers in various countries and other stakeholders;
• Ability to coordinate and implement changes within the consolidation system;
• Ability to develop DWH and implement Power BI dashboards (Pre);
• Full proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.

Employment conditions

• Salary: €70.000,- - €80.000,- (incl. holidays allowance);
• A bonus scheme up to 10%;
