CRM Analytics and Data Science Manager

Job Description: Systems campaigns

• Tracking and analyzing data and getting meaningful insights to identify successes, failures and effectively communicate these findings to related departments,
• Preparation of campaign target customers and fine tune of campaign targets by obtaining the results,
• Identify strategic and operational needs, improvement areas and develop projects to increase efficiency,
• Deliver and implement assigned projects, assess and track current business models effectiveness.

General Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM Analytics department,
• University degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related sciences. MBA and/or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline will be an asset,
• Experience in using SAS Enterprise Guide,
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Knowledge of Retail & Commercial banking sector is preferred,
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment,
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment with other business units and IT,
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
