Technical project Engineer - Smart Cities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical project Engineer - Smart Cities with IOT experience.

The role involves planning, executing, and delivering project tasks on time and within budget while ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a proven track record of managing complex technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute IoT, ITS, and Smart City projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Carrying out standard, complex, and integrated hardware and software modifications and upgrades.
• Able to configure, Test & Commission the ITS devices.
• Customize and configure devices components using man machine language.
• Able to prepare Material Submittals & System Design Document.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Oversee the design, installation, and integration of IoT, ITS, and Smart City systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer/Telecom engineering or a related field.
• Must have experience in Intelligent Transportation system (ITS) and Smart City.
• Should be Expert in all ITS and Smart City, including Enforcement devices, CCTV cameras, ANPR, Radars, Machine Learning, AI Cameras, Intelligent sensors etc.
• 10+ years’ experience in managing/implementing IoT, ITS, and Smart City projects.

Skills & Knowledge

• Electronics Circuits analysis and PCB Designing.
• Control and Embedded systems design with micro-processors, microcontrollers and RTOS such as PIC, AVR, Raspberry Pi and Open WRT.
• Programming Languages: C#, C++, Micro C, Python.
• Web Services Related: Microsoft .Net - WCF; REST and SOAP.
• RDBMS Related: SQL Server, MySQL.
