Position Overview

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet market needs and contribute to the overall product strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to drive product development and delivery.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to develop product collateral, including presentations, brochures, and case studies.
• Support the creation and execution of the product strategy and roadmap.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, providing recommendations for improvements.

Preferred Knowledge

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Facility Management, Asset Management, or related industries.
• Experience: Background in working with asset owners, holding companies, or FM service providers is a significant advantage.
• Language Skills: Arabic speaking is a significant plus to support clients in the MENA region.
• Technical Proficiency: Understanding of IoT platforms, caFM, iBMS, or related technologies is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
