Project Manager - HR Operational Excellence

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring project processes and procedures are followed.
• Oversee all aspects of project management, including setting deadlines, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
• Ensure projects adhere to schedules and budgets and achieve their goals.
• Report project status updates to upper management.

Required Skills and Experience:

• An undergraduate degree with a preference for Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification.
• 5-7 years of leadership experience in delivering large, complex cross-functional programs.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in Human Resources projects.
• Agile delivery experience, including influencing work methods and setting up agile delivery squads.
• Ability to measure initiative value and benefits, aligning program objectives with business goals.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, particularly with senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of tailoring messages for diverse audiences.
• Expertise in planning and scheduling, with experience in creating detailed program schedules and roadmaps.
• Financial program management skills, including budget management and cost-benefit analysis.
• Proficiency in risk and issue management, including conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience managing projects across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience in transformational business and technology programs in a large financial services company.
• Professional certifications such as PMP/PGMP, CSM/ACSM, SAFE.
• Understanding of HR technologies like Workday and SAP.
