about the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee and manage key projects within the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders. You will manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budget while driving collaboration and adhering to project governance standards. You will also ensure change management and work with senior stakeholders to deliver project outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned project manager to work on high-impact initiatives in the financial services sector.

skills and Experience Required

• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of project management experience in banking, financial services, or consulting, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Expertise in managing complex projects, including scope, timeline, and resource management.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in guiding cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, demonstrating problem-solving skills and resilience.
• Knowledge of Channels & APIs (internet banking, mobile, API, H2H) is advantageous.
• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile are desirable but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in client onboarding, external API functionality, and regional API rollouts is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk and track project issues through to resolution.
