In this role, you will collaborate with a passionate group of designers, developers, and product managers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces. About The Role
We are seeking a talented UI Developer to join our dynamic team at BayRock Labs. In this role, you will collaborate with a passionate group of designers, developers, and product managers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Your work will play a crucial role in delivering seamless and responsive web applications that meet the needs of our clients and users.
What You'll Do
- Develop Interactive Interfaces: Build dynamic and responsive web interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to transform designs and concepts into high-quality user experiences.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code, ensuring applications are optimized for speed and scalability.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and browser compatibility challenges.
- Implement Best Practices: Adhere to modern development standards, frameworks, and methodologies to deliver high-performing, accessible, and maintainable code.
- Testing: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and strong expertise in React.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g., Redux, Next.js) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design tools and workflows (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) is advantageous.
- 2+ years of experience as a front-end or UI developer.
- Proven experience in building and deploying user-friendly and visually appealing web applications.
- Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
