You are a bar raiser, which means you come with:

• 4+ years of iOS Engineering experience
• Expert in Swift, Swift UI, UIKit, and various common iOS frameworks
• Exceptional analytical skills and a strong sense of urgency and ownership in your work
• Strong track record of debugging and troubleshooting complex iOS applications, ensuring stability and performance
• Proficiency in XCode and Apple development tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines or equivalent required
• Experience with Objective C is a big plus
• A track record for being a quality champion in mobile development
• A keen eye for delivering a polished user experience and the ability to implement meticulous UI designs.
• Strong product intuition by anticipating key user needs and proactively working with Product to deliver features that drive impact

Designing and implementing software solutions that enhance the value of the Homebase software platform to impact the lives of our customers. You will play a prominent technical role in our engineering practice.

• Drive the creation of innovative, scalable components that enhance the reliability of our services, contributing to a robust technical foundation at Homebase.
• Shape the future of our products by prioritizing impactful features that directly improve the user experience for small and medium-sized business owners.
• Transform development processes through automation and collaboration, leading to faster resolution of production issues and a more efficient workflow for the team.
• Play a key role in building a dynamic and inclusive team culture, mentoring fellow peers and fostering an environment where everyone thrives.
