Project Manager - Enterprise Application Software/ Qatar

Overview:

Diyar Middle East Qatar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage complex enterprise projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Project Initiation:

• Define project scope, goals, and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Secure necessary resources and budget approvals.

Project Planning:

• Create detailed project schedules and work breakdown structures (WBS).
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.

Project Execution:

• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
• Resolve issues and conflicts promptly.
• Manage project scope and ensure it aligns with project objectives.
• Track project performance against the project plan.

Project Closure:

• Conduct project reviews and evaluations.
• Document project lessons learned.
• Finalize project deliverables and handoff to relevant teams.

Team Management:

• Lead and motivate project teams.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage expectations and address concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• University Graduate in a related field
• PMP or Prince2 Certified
• 5-10 Years of Project Management Experience with a proven track record
• Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and execution
• Excellent documentation, communication and interpersonal skills with dual language (Arabic & English)
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
• Can travel through the region

• He will also be reporting from an Admin point of view to Qatar General Manager
