Data Scientist - Computer Vision and NLP

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Data Scientist specializing in Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our remote team. In this role, you will work on advanced AI and machine learning technologies, contributing to impactful projects that solve real-world problems for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge solutions in computer vision and NLP.
  • Build and optimize machine learning models for image and text data processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and domain experts, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in AI/ML, applying innovative methods to improve model performance and scalability.
  • Analyze and preprocess large-scale datasets for model training and evaluation.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring reproducibility and maintainability of solutions.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4–8 years of hands-on experience in data science, with a focus on computer vision and NLP projects.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, Hugging Face, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of deep learning architectures, including CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, and attention mechanisms.
  • Experience working with large-scale image and text datasets.
  • Proven track record of deploying machine learning models in production.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a remote setup.
