ERP Project Manager - Permanent - Fully Remote

ERP Project Manager needed (SAP B1 preferred) - Fully Remote role - UK based

We are looking for an experienced and driven ERP Project Manager to oversee and manage the logistics & scheduling of ERP implementation projects for a fast-growing consultancy.

Note... The client is involved in SAP Business One - SAP experience would be highly desirable.

The ERP Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure the project is completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of ERP systems and business processes.

Remote working (MUST BE UK BASED)

Salary £50K (maybe some flex for the right person)

Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP implementation projects end-to-end, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget.
• Define project goals, deliverables, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage project scope changes and handle client requests for customizations or enhancements.

Ideal Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in managing ERP implementation projects, with a proven track record of successful ERP system go-lives.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Oneor other SMB-focused ERPs is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
