Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain embedded software for a cutting-edge wireless inter-com system.
  • Plan, design, implement, and test software components for embedded sys-tems and Linux-based platforms.
  • Take ownership of specific areas within the system's software architecture and drive their development.
  • Actively contribute to sprint planning sessions and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to foster teamwork and innovation.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical input on product architecture, and contribute to bug resolution and the delivery of new features.
  • Propose and implement improvements to development processes.
  • Focus on enhancing product quality, security, and performance.
  • Engage with business and technical requirements to ensure design and devel-opment align with goals.

THAT'S YOU

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical discipline, preferably in Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in embedded software development.
  • Strong expertise in C++ programming, including STL and object-oriented de-sign; familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux and tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of agile software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with standard internet protocols is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and solutions-oriented, with a strong commitment to develop-ing high-quality software.Passionate about programming and dedicated to all aspects of software engi-neering.
  • Proactive team player with a results-driven mindset, eager to seek and pro-vide support within the team.
  • Effective communicator, capable of cross-functional collaboration with teamsa cross engineering and other domains.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), German is a plus.
