My client is looking for a Junior/Entry-Level Machine Learning Engineer to work in their dynamic team, applying advanced AI/ML methodologies to solve real-world business challenges. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to impactful AI projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune machine learning models, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Support data analytics tasks to derive insights and inform AI solutions.
• Integrate and utilise tools like Python, Excel, and Tableau for data analysis and visualisation.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies through clear communication and presentations.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions that meet business needs.
• Work with APIs and tools such as OpenAI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to optimise AI system performance.

What You Bring:

• 1–3 years of experience in machine learning or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of machine learning, with experience or interest in working with LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data visualisation tools like Tableau and Excel.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Bonus: Experience or familiarity with advanced AI techniques and tools, including RAG, OpenAI APIs, and similar technologies.

• Competitive salary range of €55,000–€85,000, depending on experience.
