• Proficiency in Python programming and experience in application development.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Specification By Example (SBE) and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, BDD, and Continuous Integration.
• Knowledge of design patterns and best practices in software engineering.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with financial systems, particularly in Securities or Middle & Back Office technology.
• Familiarity with other programming languages like Java, C#, or C++.
