AI/ML Devops Engineer: €160,000 + leading Bonus (Quant Trading)

The role:

In this position you will be part of a team responsible for mission critical applications (firmwide AI enablement) utilised by thousands of traders each day, generating millions in productivity. As a Devops engineer you will drive the cloud-native infrastructure initiatives and implement Devops best practices. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, quants and traders, to identify and understand the infrastructure and operational requirements of software projects
• Design and implement high-availability solutions for critical AI infrastructure
• Drive architectural decisions for the next generation of the AI platform
• Optimize container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes) and microservices architecture
• Lead the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our DevOps processes.

The right candidate will have the following:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Expert knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes and Helm)
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools
• Experience with high-performance, low-latency systems
• Track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
• Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies
• Deep understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
