About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Back-End Developer to join the engineering team and play a pivotal role in building and refining the back-end infrastructure for our SaaS talent management platform. As one of the first employees, you’ll have the chance to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with our founding team, gaining exposure to customers and strategic decisions from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the platform's architecture and backend development.

• Measure, analyze, and enhance the performance, stability, and scalability of our products.

• Contribute to strategic product decisions with a tangible impact on our application.

• Engage directly with key customers to understand and implement their requirements.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Engineering to continually iterate and improve our platform.

The Technical Stack:

o Mandatory: TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js (NestJS framework)

o Strong Plus: PostgreSQL, AWS, Terraform, Docker, GitHub

• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.

• Proactive problem-solver with a passion for tackling technical challenges.

• Committed to clean, maintainable, and scalable code design.

• Experience in B2B SaaS is highly desirable.

• Experience in HR tech is a plus.

• Fluency in English and Italian.
