Sales manager (Junior-mid position)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Understand clients' needs to present customized proposals and close new accounts with the support of the internal sales managers.
- Continuously learn about our industry and products to stay up-to-date on trends, features, and competition.
- Use our CRM system to track leads and sales activities and maintain accurate records.
- Sell to C-level executives within target segments
Qualifications (preferred but will train):
- All levels of sales and business development experience are accepted
- Strong experience and knowledge of payments ecosystem / PSPs / acquiring or related business
- Previous experience with merchants via different risk verticals
- Strong experience in cold outreach automated tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prospecting and cold-calling skills
- Ability to work on a team and independently
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
The role is based in our cosy Riga office.
