Sales manager (Junior-mid position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect potential clients to introduce our products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Understand clients' needs to present customized proposals and close new accounts with the support of the internal sales managers.
• Continuously learn about our industry and products to stay up-to-date on trends, features, and competition.
• Use our CRM system to track leads and sales activities and maintain accurate records.
• Sell to C-level executives within target segments

Qualifications (preferred but will train):

• All levels of sales and business development experience are accepted
• Strong experience and knowledge of payments ecosystem / PSPs / acquiring or related business
• Previous experience with merchants via different risk verticals
• Strong experience in cold outreach automated tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prospecting and cold-calling skills
• Ability to work on a team and independently
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed

The role is based in our cosy Riga office.
