Who We Are

We’re building a modern TMS for US trucking companies—designed to streamline operations, accounting, and payroll on a large scale. You’ll be part of a 10-person engineering team (5 backend, 5 frontend) that blends mid-level talent with senior expertise, creating a supportive environment to grow your skills rapidly.

Key Challenges Ahead

• Enterprise Launch: Help build and launch our V1 with our first enterprise client
• Accounting & Payroll Modules: Architect robust, secure financial functionality
• Performance Optimization: Ensure reliability at enterprise scale
• Core TMS Functionality: Shape features that will transform day-to-day trucking operations

Our Tech Stack

• Backend: Python (AWS Chalice for REST APIs)
• Database: MySQL, ElasticSearch, DynamoDB
• Infrastructure: AWS Lambda, SQS,
• Tools: SQLAlchemy, Pydantic

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of backend development experience
• Understanding of SQL databases & REST APIs
• Solid software design principles
• Eagerness to learn and solve complex problems
• Nice to Have: Python experience, AWS background
