We are looking for a Small Domestic Product Group Manager to join our Commerce Department.

Key responsibilities of the role are:

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate purchase terms to ensure the best value;
• Source and purchase goods, monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products;
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform pricing, promotions, and product assortment decisions;
• Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales growth and meet revenue targets;
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge;
• Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders and suppliers. Collaborate with internal teams as Marketing, Marketplace, Supply chain;
• Lead and manage a commerce specialist, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Team mate profile:

• 2+ years of experience in category management/ procurement, preferably in e-commerce space;
• High level of ownership - leading the category and owning the strategy and results;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• A strong point of view on market and user trends in e-commerce;
• Proficient in Excel and other analytical tools to manipulate and analyze data to inform decision-making;
• Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics;
• Good judgment, competent decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal).
