About the role

Your responsibilities

• Transforming data into insights: Analyze complex datasets to support strategic decisions.
• Developing dashboards and reports: Create visualizations to track KPIs and update stakeholders.
• Identifying trends and opportunities: Uncover patterns and opportunities to guide strategies.
• Collaborating with teams: Work with marketing, operations, and product teams to align insights with goals.
• Ensuring data accuracy: Validate and clean data for reliable insights.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar data analytics role.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and BI tools (preferably Qlik).
• Strong communication skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong project management skills, self-starter, and proactive attitude.
