Your role
The advertised position is in the Design & User Experience Team and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and international group of innovators, on a variety of products and innovation horizons.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer (m / f / d) to take-over a central role for design of future products and innovations in B2C. You will contribute to:
- Identify customer insights and translate customers perspective into tangible product experiences
- Create brand identities, logos, branding and packaging for tech and connectivity related products from initial concepts to final roll-out
- Validate your ideas and assumptions through user testing with customers
- Apply design thinking and tailored user-centric methods in interdisciplinary project teams, contributing along the process with top experts from multiple domains
- Provide customer-centric storytelling and solutions for business decisions
- Transform your ideas and design concepts into 3D models, mock-ups and functional prototypes
- Drive customer-centric product ideas within company and communicate with vendors on international level
- Share knowledge and skills and help colleagues and team to grow
Your profile
The advertised position requires a selected set of experience and skills:
- Bachelor (Master’s degree a plus) in design (e.g. graphic design, product design, industrial design)
- 4+ years of professional experience in relevant design fields
- Graphic design background, supported by practical examples
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Excellent visual presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of relevant materials and manufacturing techniques (papers, printing etc.) with an eye for details combined with a strong sense for contemporary aesthetics, that becomes apparent in your portfolio of work samples
- Excellent skills of product related graphics design, including branding/labeling, structural packaging, brochures,
- Storyteller with the ability of visualizing ideas and solutions, communicate experience strategies and encourage collaboration
- Future thinker, continuously seeking out new innovative ideas and trends in line with our strategy department
- You are driven by curiosity and thrilled to explore positive use of technologies for human being and environment
- You embrace complex challenges and problems and inspire new ways of thinking
- You are resilient and understand the complexity of working for a large organization.
- You are flexible to take different roles and to contribute with different skillset, adapting to teams and projects’ needs.
