Mobile QA Engineer

Job Description

You will be responsible for conducting tests through all steps of software development before product launches to meet business expectations and to ensure consistent app quality across different environments within the Yuh mobile app (iOS/Android and Backend)

You will be part of a functional team, composed of developers, a system analyst and a QA, in the Yuh Solutions department and work closely with other team mates in a very dynamic environment.

What you will do

• Elaborate, maintain and implement detailed test plans, help define acceptance criteria for different scenarios
• Apply testing methodologies to assure quality of the products along with accessibility tests
• Gather requirements, identify operational improvements area and test cases and develop automation tests
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, business analysts to build test programs and recommend improvements
• Identify performance margins developing and running new tests and reporting their results to stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications

• +5 years experience in Software Quality Assurance for mobile (iOS/Android) application testing
• Proven experience in delivering test frameworks, manual testing and automation testing tools
• Good Knowledge of software QA Methodologies
• Proactive and adaptable to a fast-growing environment
• A practiced eye for pixel misalignments, margin errors, and other visual details
• Familiar with Android Studio, Xcode, Espresso, XCUI, Postman, Firebase, SQL
• Good Knowledge of accessibility is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in banking is a plus
• Fluent in English, French is a strong asset
