Project Director

We here at WNTD have an exciting opportunity for a Project Director to join an exciting project based in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
3. Oversee recruitment or outsourcing decisions for specialized roles, ensuring the team has the skills needed for success.
4. Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
5. Anticipate project roadblocks and find solutions to overcome them, maintaining momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Lead meetings with stakeholders to discuss project status, provide updates, and negotiate any project changes or adjustments.
7. Ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle, implementing regular quality checks and audits.
8. Maintain proper documentation of all project activities, reports, and communications to ensure transparency and accountability.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Typically 8+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
3. PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or similar certifications preferred.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Due to the urgency of these projects we are only focusing on candidates who have the RTW within the EU or hold an EU passport.
