Project Manager – Substation Construction Projects - 12 Months

A client of mine based in Sweden is seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager for their Substation construction projects, with an immediate start. This role is offered on an initial 12-month contract, with the potential for a 12-month extension.

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of substation sites across Sweden, with immediate requirements located near Stockholm. You will oversee construction progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, you will manage the interface between subcontractors and grid owners, overseeing overall project delivery. This position combines remote work, office-based tasks, and site visits.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager on electrical installation projects.
• Strong technical expertise in HV construction projects (220kV+).
• In-depth understanding of Sweden's grid network.
• Proficiency in Swedish (spoken).
• Excellent communication skills.
