Role : Network Hands and Feet

Job Type : Contract 6-12 Months 

Job Mode : Onsite 

Location  : Sodertalje, Sweden 

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Hands on experience as deskside/Onsite support/local IT engineer with CCNA Certified.

• Strong Experience in providing Hands & feet Support for Network (Data center , Office Buildings & Production shop floor )

• Strong knowledge and experience of Router, Access points and Switches

• Strong knowledge on hardware, software, and networking concepts

• Good knowledge in performing LCM (Life Cycle Management of Network Switches etc. ) , LAN Socket Activation & break Fix .

• Strong knowledge on cables and connectors etc. CAT, fiber cables, SFP Modules , Stack cables etc.

• Strong Customer service skills 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities: -

• Person to possess the basic networking skills to directly console to a device and perform basis configuration.

• Team to possess knowledge connectivity kits (Cat cable punching tool,MDF punching etc.)

• knowledge on different types of Ethernet and fiber Cables. (All type of Equipment Knowledge)

• Break fix activities repair/replace faulty equipment, LCM includes Rack Dressing (Install , Test , Labelling ), recommendation, peripheral cabling (E. g patch cables used to connect wall blocks, line interface units, etc)

• Installation of Router, switch, Firewall or its modules and cards (chassis-based or non-chassis based)

• Rogue device identification (tracing the cable from the switch to the end location)

• Technician to perform Site surveys perform (including wireless LAN all type of site survey)

• Car Driving Skills and Active License
