What awaits you in this role?

Business Model Development team member will be dealing with supporting/mentoring squads/tribes by providing expertise during "incubation" period; "how an innovative idea takes the first steps". Start-up processes, legal aspects, agreements, benchmarking, all that is needed to ensure a healthy start. The team member will primarily serve the squads set up for good ideas, which may either be within the Growth and Smart Mobility Business Area or other Business Areas. A fair amount of effort will also be spent for external world contact, benchmark and networking.

Business Model Development team member will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative business models that drive growth and adaptability within the rapidly evolving automotive industry via connectivity data. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to analyze customer needs and internal value, translating insights into viable business strategies are core requirements.

Team member will develop and implement business cases for smart mobility, encompassing connected, shared, and electrified vehicle solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.

Team member will identify and explore new revenue streams, market opportunities and partnership potentials within the automotive sector. The aim will be maximizing value with connectivity, especially savings and revenues in non-customer areas.

Collaboration with internal teams to pilot and implement proof of concepts and implement new business models, ensuring alignment with the company's vision are the key responsibilites.

Development of Ford Otosan’s connectivity solutions that empower large-scale enterprises and connectivity offerings from ideation to deployment meeting the needs of enterprise customers while aligning with Ford Otosan’s business objectives are expected.

Assistance to the teams for the go to market strategies for new business models and facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions to improve the ideas and solutions across department are required.

This role requires understanding of network technologies, cloud services and enterprise Digital Products & Services (DP&S) environment, combined with a passion for delivering high-quality business models that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

What are we looking for in this position?

1. Minimum 5 years of automotive experience
2. Experience in business development models and growth subjects.
3. Connectivity knowledge preferred
4. Proven analytical skills based on hard and soft data
5. Automative industry & product knowledge
6. Experience in coordination and negotiation with other departments
7. Managing a collaboration for growth projects
8. Knowledge for legal and finance
