Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to ensure the right products are in the right locations, optimize store product efficiency, and drive our business growth in Turkey and the East Mediterranean region, while upholding our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure product availability in the right locations by aligning with commercial goals and conducting regular store visits
• Develop strategies to reduce product shelf life and enhance sales velocity
• Analyze product performance and generate actionable insights to optimize inventory
• Determine store capacities and manage stock planning effectively
• Conduct product training for store teams to improve customer service quality.
• Ensure accurate product delivery during store openings and seasonal transitions
• Perform seasonal and competitor analyses to identify commercial opportunities
• Collaborate with business partners to manage end-to-end processes
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with a results-oriented mindset
• Proficient in using tools such as Armonica, Central, Excel, and MicroStrategy
• Experience in store clustering and stock allocation tailored to customer profiles and locations
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Ability to evaluate processes holistically with a 360-degree perspective
• Strong commercial orientation with a customer-focused mindset
• Quick decision-maker with a proactive approach to challenges
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
