Project Manager

Netaş is looking for an experienced Project Manager who will manage end-to-end Telecommunications and IT integration projects.

Job Description

• Responsible for Project Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Quality Management Plan, Time Management Plan, Stakeholder Management Plan, Scope Management, etc. and monitor the status of a project on a regular basis
• Manage project stakeholders (customer, project team, supplier, etc.). Determine and address the responsibility, role and description of all stakeholders within a project
• Maintain coordination and communication of all the stakeholders, set internal and customer meetings (kickoff, weekly, daily, etc.) and record the meeting minutes
• Perform customer visits to determine customer requirements and monitor the project status/progress
• Make sure that project is ready to hand over to support stage after project completion seamlessly
• Provide reports on a regular basis
• Prepare documentation and plans under project management during tender and proposal period and share lessons learned
• Coordinate SAP operations of projects in the Business Unit properly and if required, plan to improve the capability of the project team
• Monitor the financials of a project
• Perform required work in order to realize the annual targets of the business unit

General Qualifications

• Graduated from Electrical-Electronics, Telecommunications or Computer Engineering departments
• 7+ years of experience in Telecommunication and IT Integration projects. Experience in projects especially Radio Access and Fixed Access Network domains preferred
• High knowledge on PMI methodology and Agile principles in theory and in practice. PMP or Agile or Scrum certification is preferred
• Experience on using tools such as SAP, MS Project, Jira etc
• Excellent English proficiency in both writing and speaking
• Understanding of business and finance
• Having an experience on Team, Planning, Cost and Sub-contractor management experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
