Full Stack Developer

What We Need

Oivan is looking for a full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer with Angular / React, .NET experience to join our team. Join us as you will play a vital role in working with one of our key customer’s while also contributing to Saudi Arabia's Vision of 2030. Your role fortifies this platform crucial in managing timely information access, advancing the nation’s healthcare innovation goals and aligning with the nation's commitment to tech-driven progress.

What You'll Do

As a SWE you'll develop and maintain the platform's backend anf frontend infrastructure. We have one architect, and the frontend team is about 2-3 people large and based on React + Angular framework.

Responsibilities

Leveraging your extensive experience in frontend and backend development, you will architect, build, and optimize scalable solutions to ensure the platform's reliability, performance, and security. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Develop and maintain the backend systems and APIs powering the platform, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Frontend Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers) to implement new features and functionalities.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve system efficiency.
• Lead initiatives to enhance platform security, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Optimize database structures and queries for improved performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose their integration where appropriate to elevate platform capabilities.
  
  

What You Have

Our ideal candidate will fulfill the following requirements:

• A bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, with a focus on building scalable and robust systems.
• Proficiency in Go programming language is an essential for this role, including know how of Kubernetes.
• Experience with open-source databases such as PostgreSQL is essential.
• DevOps experience is required including containerization technologies such as Docker.
• A good command in Linux code is a requirement for this position.
• Proven track record of leading projects, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence. Experience working with digital platforms helps is seen as an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
