Data Analyst

We are hiring a Data Analyst for one of our client in Dubai.

Job Purpose:-

• To prepare and deliver regular reporting required for business efficient operation, design and introduce new tools and templates and improve ways of working to support achievement of organization's short/mid-term goals; contribute to business processes optimization by eliminating weaknesses and enhancing operational effectiveness; support DX S&P department’s business improvement projects. Focus: demand planning operation (Seihan, Sales FCT, related Power BI reporting maintenance and development), PSG support (FCT/BGT), Service Project.

The brief Job Description is as follows:-

• Create, regularly update, and enhance corporate reporting by efficient use and optimization of available system resources/tool to satisfy business needs and achieve maximum flexibility.
• Maintenance of Demand planning tools for CAV and PSG teams forecasting and budgeting operations (AMT PSI, Korogashi)
• E-commerce related reporting including work with external data providers starting from backend setup up to end-user interface.
• Shopfront product display status reporting for all the key models across focus countries (ranging update, new models launch tracking).
• Coordinate, support and consolidate Product Marketing and Area team’s data inputs contributing to existing reports/WoW solutions.
• Work as a trusted communication partner with MIS department, Financial Planning, Product Marketing and Area teams

Key Criteria:-

• Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
• Ability to handle multiple projects/priorities.
• Analytical skills using MS Excel/Power BI/Power Query/MS SQL etc. for data management.
