Role
As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual aesthetics of our mobile and web products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create compelling designs that meet user needs and business objectives. Y
Responsibilities
- Conceptualizing and creating user-centric designs for mobile and web applications that are visually appealing, intuitive, and functional.
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs effectively.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define product requirements, user flows, and feature specifications.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.
- Working closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency across platforms.
- Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.
- Contributing to design system development, maintaining design assets, and adhering to brand guidelines.
- Participating in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and providing constructive feedback to peers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree – or equivalent experience – in design, computer science or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in a product design or UX design role.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience in building / maintaining and working with design systems.
- Familiar with creating end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Excellent analytical skills, conducting research with experience in data-driven design methodologies.
- Solving complex design problem skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Proactive and able to effectively communicate, suggest and discuss ideas.
- Able to quickly adapt to change during a project.
- Capable of working autonomously.
This role is remote. You can work from anywhere between GMT+1 to GMT+4.
