Continental-NTU Corporate Laboratory invites applications for the position of Research Associate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting the research in AI domains (e.g., reinforcement learning and image recognition), software testing, program synthesis
  • Applying the developed research ideas and approaches to improve the software engineering process in Continental, especially software testing (automatic test case/plan generation)
  • Conducting the research in combining AI techniques with formal methods techniques (especially program synthesis) to improve the explainability and robustness of AI models
  • Participating in co-operation with Continental's development team
  • Interacting with Continental business units
  • Developing and integrating AI algorithms into the real development progress
  • Preparing academic publications such as pattern, research paper
  • Contributing to seasonal and annual report writing and presenting

Job Requirements

  • Master degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering
  • Strong background and research experience in artificial intelligence, software engineering, automatic testing, program synthesis
  • Excellent background and experience in programming language, especially python
  • Good communication and report-writing skills
  • Strong responsibility for research and work
