Key Responsibilities

• Support Lab and Launch network operations and configurations.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot IP networking solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Manage and configure major internet routing protocols, including BGP and OSPF.
• Work extensively with Cisco router platforms such as 37xx, 49xx, 65xx, 73xx, and 76xx, including supervisory and line cards.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues using advanced networking principles.
• Configure and optimize various networking protocols and technologies, such as DWDM, VLANs/STP, IPv4/IPv6, TCP flow control, HSRP/GLBP, and VPNs.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Certifications:
• CCNA required.
• CCNP preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of IP networking fundamentals, routing, and switching.
• Extensive experience with major internet routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• Proficiency with Cisco router platforms and their components.
• Expertise in advanced networking technologies and protocols, including DWDM, SONET, VLANs, IPv4/IPv6, and VPNs.
• Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to align with leadership principles: Customer Obsession, Ownership, and continuous learning.
