Software Engineer - Naseh

Responsibilities for Backend Lead (Startup Background Required):

Lead the design, development, and implementation of backend services using Python, Django, Node.js, ReactJS, and other MERN stack technologies tailored to legal tech applications.
Guide the development of scalable, interactive web applications with a focus on improving legal workflows and enhancing the user experience.
Drive best practices and coding standards within the technology team to ensure efficient, maintainable, and robust development processes.
Oversee and mentor a growing team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Manage infrastructure, including AWS, GCP, and other cloud services, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
Own the user experience from database schema design to API implementation using MongoDB with Mongoose and Node.js with Express.js.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges specific to the legal tech industry.
Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including legal professionals, to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals.
Maintain attention to detail and accountability, consistently delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

Startup-Specific Requirements:

Experience in a startup environment: Must have hands-on experience working in early-stage startups or high-growth technology companies, understanding the unique challenges and dynamics of startup culture.
Agility and adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, limited resources, and evolving project requirements common in startups.
Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to work closely with founders, business teams, and other departments to align technology goals with the overall vision and strategy of the startup.

Resource efficiency: Ability to create effective solutions within constrained budgets and resources, leveraging creativity and innovation to deliver results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
