Technical Team Leader - Holding Group

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical team in developing and implementing software solutions. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of server-side and client-side architecture. Ensure all tech-related resources are optimally utilized and projects are delivered on time. Collaborate with Project Managers and other team leaders to align technical initiatives with business goals. Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits within the coding and development teams.

Requirements for position:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Master's degree in a technical discipline is preferred. Other Required Qualifications: Relevant technical certifications (e.g. AWS, Azure, etc.) are a plus. Experience leading Agile development teams. Area of Expertise: 7-10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development. Deep understanding of server-side and client-side architecture patterns and best practices. Required Technical Skills: Proficient in modern web development frameworks and languages (e.g. React, Angular, Node.js, PHP, Python). Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems. Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and deployment strategies. Familiarity with test-driven development and continuous integration/deployment.

Other Necessary Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide the technical team. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Effective communication skills to collaborate with project managers and stakeholders. Ability to align technical solutions with business requirements. Commitment to fostering a culture of code quality and best practices. Minimum Years of Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience as a technical lead or senior developer in the e-commerce or digital products domain.
