Senior .NET Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to contribute to the development and enhancement of our healthcare technology platforms. In this role, you will work on building scalable and efficient backend services using .NET Core and modern web applications using React. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions that address real-world healthcare challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using .NET Core and Web API.
Design and implement unit tests using xUnit, and mock dependencies with Moq to ensure test-driven development.
Build and maintain modern frontend applications using the latest version of React and state management tools such as Redux.
Work closely with the database team to design, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for SQL Server.
Integrate backend services with Azure cloud services, ensuring reliable and secure cloud-based solutions.
Use Docker for containerization of applications, improving development and deployment workflows.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate testing, build, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive, user-friendly applications.
Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to the adoption of best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to backend, frontend, and database performance.

Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience in .NET Core development with a solid understanding of Web API design and implementation.
Strong experience with xUnit, Moq, and PetaPoco (or similar ORM) for data access layer (DAL) design.
Proficiency in building and maintaining modern web applications using React and state management libraries like Redux.
Hands-on experience with SQL Server and writing optimized SQL queries for complex business logic.
Familiarity with Azure cloud platform services such as Azure Functions, Blob Storage, and Azure SQL.
Experience with Docker and containerization, including container orchestration with platforms like Kubernetes.
Expertise in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player with a focus on delivering high-quality code.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g., NgRx, Angular) for state management.
Experience with unit testing and integration testing across full-stack applications.
Knowledge of healthcare-specific technologies, standards, and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7) is a plus.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
