About Devart

We are hiring a Copywriter/Technical Content Writer at Devart to create engaging blog content, enhance our brand presence on external platforms, and strengthen our company's brand image.

Responsibilities

Topic research and production of engaging advertising text copies, and blog publications, that meet standards for clarity, uniqueness, and conciseness.
Creation of headlines and text copies to optimize the website's UX/UI according to assignment specifications.
Development of written content for social networks, ads, presentations, video scripts, and podcasts.
Contribution to the development of the Tone of voice guidelines and following them to maintain style consistency in communicating brand identity and values
Production of articles for further distribution throughout the external professional networks.
Creation of job descriptions customized for different platforms.
Monitoring and analysis of competitors' texts across social media and websites to integrate best practices into our content creation processes.
Incorporation of ICPs and USPs into content while highlighting use cases to improve engagement outcomes.
Regular research and analysis of the trends in copywriting and social media management.

Requirements

At least three years of experience as a Copywriter/Technical Content Writer.
Fluency in English at C1 to C2 proficiency level.
Strong grasp of informational (formal) style and knowledge of editorial standards.
Expertise in developing names, headlines, and call-to-actions.
Hands-on knowledge of Grammarly, Quill, Hemingway, ContentWatch, and other specialized software.
Expertise in monitoring and practical implementation of key trends in copywriting and Social Media Marketing.
Ability to apply social media content principles to effectively increase engagement.
Expertise in designing and implementing promotional activations and interactive content, including tests, quizzes, contests, and quests.
Comprehension of key principles in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, and expertise in internal communications.
Familiarity with engagement concept, NPS, key messages, and ORM.
Experience with Jira or similar task trackers.

Will be a plus

Background in SEO.
Proven experience in the IT sector.
