We are seeking an entrepreneurial and hands-on product manager who has a growth mindset to lead engagement strategies for our financial services vertical. This role is critical in driving user interaction and retention through innovative, data-driven approaches and gamified experiences. Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user engagement on the financial services platform.
- Own and optimize engagement metrics such as DAU, MAU, session time, and retention rates.
- Gamification and User Experience
- Conceptualize and implement gamification strategies like mini-games, quizzes, rewards systems, and leaderboards tailored to financial services.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to build seamless and interactive user experiences.
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyse user behaviour, funnel performance, and engagement trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate on features to enhance performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, regulatory, analytics, finance and engineering teams to align engagement initiatives with broader business goals.
- Collaborate with the content team to deliver impactful campaigns and experiences.
- Innovation and Experimentation
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to drive innovative solutions.
- Foster a culture of experimentation to test and implement new engagement tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management or growth roles, preferably in e-commerce/quick commerce/high growth digital startups.
- Proven experience in driving user engagement and retention through product-led growth strategies.
- Experience with gamification techniques and building interactive experiences is a plus.
- Technical skills sufficient to understand product complexity without developer inputs and work with developers/architects to make the right technical trade-offs.
- Experienced in working in an agile environment with scrum ceremonies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
