Growth Marketing Manager - Crypto

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Growth Marketing Manager - Crypto - candidates can be based in UK to Australia timezones.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative campaigns to grow our protocol's adoption (user base and volume)
• Optimize performance marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and partnerships
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine user onboarding and retention strategies based on data-driven insights
• Foster an engaged user community in collaboration with community managers
• Leverage partnerships with protocols, chains, and dApps to drive growth through co-marketing and ecosystem initiatives
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve acquisition and retention efforts
• Track and report key growth metrics to measure success against goals
• Develop and distribute content that effectively communicates our value proposition and educates users on Web3
  
  
  

Requirements

3+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably for B2C crypto or blockchain products.

Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems, including DeFi and layer 1/2 chains.

Hands-on experience managing user acquisition for wallet or DEX products.

Experience with paid acquisition, KOL partnerships and content marketing.
