Job Introduction

We offer HTL and Bachelor graduates specialising in IT and/or network technology the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of systems engineering. Key Tasks

• Recording and managing customer requirements
• Collaboration in the planning and realisation of our communication and information systems
• Supporting the project team with technical expertise
• Configuring and setting up the hardware and software components used
• Carrying out system tests and fault localisation
• Initiating the necessary troubleshooting measures in coordination with the product teams
• Accompanying system integrations and customer acceptance tests around the globe
  
  

Key Qualifications

• Completed HTL/college or bachelor's degree with focus on IT or network technology.
• Educational knowledge in the areas of: Linux, Windows, virtualisation, scripting languages, VoIP and networks
• First work experience and certifications (e.g. CCNA) advantageous
• Ready for new technical challenges and new technologies
• Very good command of English and German, other language skills are an advantage (for example Spanish)
• Open personality that attaches great importance to high quality
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Willingness to travel for customer acceptance (15-20 % per year)
