One of my clients is a medical company based in Ghent who are currently actively searching for a new Junior Software Engineer to join their team to work on the core development alongside a talented close-knit team.

Job Description:

You will be involved in defining, validating and maintaining the software application. This company is looking for a bright passionate developer with excellent communication skills to become an asset to the growing team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master’s in Computer science or equal experience through practice
• Good knowledge of Java, Spring Framework and RESTful APIs
• Experience using Angular or React is huge plus
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Familiar with version control systems such as Git.
• Good communication skills with team members
• Software driven mentality with an open mindset to think outside of the box
• Fluent English and Dutch
• Analytical background with proven experience
