Role - Europe Onsite Program Manager

Responsible & Accountable for:

Scope management, timelines & effort management, quality management, and stakeholder management

Scope Management:

· Review & understand Bill of Materials, SOW & ITT responses as part of handover along with SA’s.

· Review other key elements and ensure team operates within these scope elements:

· Usage of various tools (MS Projects / Jira, VBA / VBD, Spira, Glide, Config tools etc.)

· List of deliverables by milestone.

· Security / vetting process, data security, GDPR compliance requirements.

· Number of environments to be used in the project.

· Quantum of test scenarios agreed.

· Training mechanism agreed.

· Regular review of functional & technical scope elements thru out project execution with SA’s, in

terms of what has been committed in our SOW vs what is been delivered.

· Any deviations to above scope elements: Document all change in change register & raise CR via

change request process in agreement with PRGM.

Timelines & Effort Management:

· Consolidation of all activities and dependencies in Project plan as shared by SA’s.

· Publish project plan to all internal & external stakeholders. Provide visibility of upcoming activities

to all project team members.

· Effort has been captured in PBCS as per agreed cost sheet. Any deviations should be vetted.

· Maintain all required registers, logs & reports (Risk register, Audit logs on timelines covering

internal & customer, GAID logs, Weekly project reports etc.)

· Appraise customers with timeline audit log periodically (fortnightly) on their slippages.

· Any deviations to Timelines (due to quality / Solution complexity): Co-ordinate with SA’s to come

up mitigation plan & quickly communicate with customer post review with PRGM on messaging.

· Any deviations to Timelines (due to change in scope elements): Raise CR for scope changes along

with details on why it’s a change. Submit CR’s in time – Have agreement with Delivery Lead on

zero cost / costed CR before you submit to customer.

· Perform impact assessment on overall project timelines & SA’s / lead consultant’s effort required

on top of the development effort to deliver a CR before accepting any CRs.

· Any solution changes post CRP2 / design sign-off should be shift in timelines to right side.

· Any deviations to Timelines (due to customer activities): Raise CR due to timelines slippages.

Submit CR’s in time – Have agreement with delivery lead on zero cost / costed CR before you

submit to customer.
