As an OT Cybersecurity Officer, you will enforce the protection of industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) environments, safeguarding critical infrastructure from cyber threats. Your expertise will help secure manufacturing lines, conveyors, and other industrial machinery by implementing and managing cybersecurity solutions tailored to complex OT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cybersecurity Strategy: Design and implement security solutions for OT environments, focusing on SCADA, DCS, and IIoT systems.
- Risk Management: Assess, analyze, and mitigate security risks associated with industrial machinery and control systems.
- Technical Expertise: Evaluate the architecture of ICS environments, ensuring adherence to OT-specific cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82).
- Incident Response: Develop and execute protocols to detect, respond to, and recover from cybersecurity incidents in OT environments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, IT, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures.
- Training & Awareness: Conduct training sessions for operational teams to raise awareness of OT-specific cybersecurity practices.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years in industrial cybersecurity, specifically in OT/ICS environments.
- Hands-on experience with industrial protocols such as Modbus TCP, OPC, or HART.
Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in OT security standards like IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82.
- Familiarity with ICS systems from vendors like Rockwell, Siemens, ABB, or Schneider Electric.
- Strong understanding of industrial network architecture and infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in designing or maintaining SCADA, DCS, or EMS systems.
- Advanced knowledge of industrial communication protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
- Certifications such as GICSP, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent.
- Professional French and English
Salary:
- 65,000 - 80,000 EUR per Anum
