Job Title: Network Engineer – 3rd Line Support

Role:

We are hiring a Network Engineer (3rd Line Support) to join a Cisco Gold Partner, working with the largest aeroplane manufacturer in the world. This is a permanent role based in Toulouse, offering health insurance benefits.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide 3rd line network support across Cisco, Aruba, and Arista environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues in a high-availability enterprise setting.
• Implement and manage network upgrades and changes as needed.
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to optimize network performance.

What We're looking for:

• Strong experience with Cisco, Aruba, and Arista networking technologies.
• Proven 3rd line network support experience within enterprise environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work onsite/hybrid in Toulouse.
• Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, Aruba, Arista) are a plus.
