Responsibilities

As the Team lead of Pen Testing you develop and implement strategies and define key success measures, as well as presenting our innovative security solutions to key clients at conferences, industry events, and meetings.

It doesn’t stop there! You are responsible for shaping the strategy and leading a team of expert pen testers and red teamers on some very exciting client projects.

You focus on empowering your team, while ensuring they are optimally deployed in projects and controlling the budget for all related activities.

Skill Requirements:

• Strong technical skills in pen testing, application security testing, IT forensic or other similar areas.
• Experience in leading a team or any element of people management, coaching, mentoring and ability to develop strategies
• Must be fluent German at minimum C1+ German speaking and writing level

Bonus skills:

• Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CRTO and CISSP confirm your technical knowledge.
• Sales negotiating skills
