Your Tasks Will Be

• To project manage and control operational and strategic infrastructure investment projects to create or maintain Rig Test capabilities
• To Develop capabilities wrt external Sales of Testing Services (ERG – External Revenue Generation)
• To apply, maintain or develop appropriate rig specific project management tools in line with global processes
• To gather internal and external customer requirements wrt investment related subjects and potential external orders (ERG); to prepare management decision papers including business case evaluations
• To provide technical and business consultancy wrt execution of Invest projects and external orders (ERG)
• To control external project related interfaces (partner, suppliers, authorities) while conducting projects
• To develop and continuously maintain a project specific management reporting concept and toolset incl. KPI’s to track project progress
• To continuously develop and implement business improvements

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Engineering or Business Engineering degree or comparable experience
• Experience in Component / Rig Test business environment, proven technical capability to understand customer requirements
• Proven project management skills, application of project management tools, excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to understand commercial contract design and legal implications
• Creativity, flexibility to travel
• Very good written and spoken English essential, good command of German language preferred
